Initial Consulation

We always begin with a friendly phone call to get to know each other and discuss your vision. Next, we’ll ask you to complete a short 10-part questionnaire, helping us gain a clear understanding of your needs, style, and expectations—ensuring we create a garden that’s truly tailored to you.

First on-site meeting

At our first meeting, we’ll go through your questionnaire in detail, exploring how you plan to use your garden and what you want to achieve. We’ll also conduct a site survey, mapping the space with drone technology to capture precise measurements and gain a full understanding of the landscape.

Concept Design

Using all the information gathered, we’ll develop a concept design tailored to your vision. This includes detailed 3D renders to bring your garden to life, along with a precise 2D plan. At our second meeting, we’ll present the design along with estimated build costs. From there, we can refine the concept or explore new ideas—ensuring the final design is exactly what you want.

The investment will vary depending on many factors such as your garden size and the type of project. Typically designs will cost between 5 - 10% of the total project. On going maintenance costs will vary depending on how involved you'd like to be yourself and the size of the garden. We provide written detailed quotations for all our work.

Can you teach me how to look after my new garden?

We understand that gardening, like anything new can be daunting. I am happy to say that it doesn't matter if your’re a complete novice or have taken a break from gardening for many years, we can help you get to know your new garden. And help you learn a new hobby that has so much to offer, including supporting your mental and physical health.

Yes, we have undertakend qualifications and training in Horticulture, Landscaping, Garden Design and Arboriculture. All our work is fully insured with our public liability insurance.
